President's Message
I welcome you to join our journey. Together we’re impacting the lives of today's young men to become tomorrow’s leaders. We are encouraged by the success of programs and initiatives we’ve established. They’re designed to ignite an unquenchable fire in young men, a fire burning so bright that these young men become fully committed to reaching their dreams and helping others along the way.
Feel free to review the great work of our team through our various initiatives as we strive to make an even greater impact going forward. If you have a young man currently between the ages 8-18 living near Arlington, TX and surrounding areas, please consider joining our journey. We also ask that you consider supporting our efforts with any monetary donation you desire. Our Board of Directors will honor and protect your investment in tomorrow’s leaders — and direct your donations towards the development of their social, educational and cultural needs.

Our Story
Offer unique opportunities to exemplify wholesome values, leadership skills, educational enhancement, business training, and social/cultural awareness to male youths, ages 8-18, the most critical stage in their personal development. Club members are required to conduct a variety of community service projects. These may include but are not limited to serving the elderly, visiting children in hospitals, volunteering at their library, working with children with disabilities, cleaning up their neighborhood.
Service First Initiatives, Inc. was established by Iota Mu Sigma Chapter (Arlington, TX) of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. as a 501c3 non-profit organization in August 2016. Under the direction of Omar Roberson, these men had the vision of offering unique opportunities and programs to young men geared toward enhancing their personal development. Club members learn the importance of servicing others and establishing lifelong friendships, as well as the enhancement of meaningful educational and professional opportunities. Service First is its own separate entity as a non-profit organization but is also affiliated with Iota Mu Sigma Chapter, its Sigma Beta Club and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
